Membership Details

Collectors Circle members earn studio credit on tattoo services throughout the membership period. Credit can be applied toward future work at Atelier Eva and is designed to support ongoing, multi-session projects.
How it accrues:
Earn $10 in studio credit for every $100 spent on tattoo services
Credit is tracked through your Atelier Eva client profile
Credit can be applied toward future tattoo services at checkout
Example:
A $2,000 session series earns $200 in Collectors Circle Credit, which can be applied toward a future appointment. -
Collectors Circle members receive priority access to our studio team through a private line, ensuring scheduling, rescheduling, and project planning are handled personally and with care.

Members may request video consultations with our Creative Team Lead to discuss ideas, references, placement, and the direction of upcoming projects. Availability varies by artist and schedule.

Collectors Circle members may preview select artist availability and place temporary holds on preferred appointment times while projects are being planned.
Holds are time-limited and intended to support planning; final confirmation depends on artist availability and project scope.

Credit accrues as eligible purchases are made and is reflected through your client profile. If you ever have a question about your balance, contact the studio and we’ll confirm it.

Collectors Circle Credit is valid during your active membership period.
If you renew your membership, any unused credit will carry forward into your next term.
If you choose not to renew, you’ll still have a 90-day grace period after your membership ends to apply any remaining credit toward tattoo services.
Credit is designed to support ongoing projects and is best used within your active membership year.

The Collectors Circle (“Membership”) is offered by Atelier Eva (“Studio”) to invited clients (“Member”) subject to the following terms:Eligibility & access
Membership is offered by invitation only. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the invited Member.Membership term & renewal
Membership is billed at $500 annually and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal occurs annually unless cancelled prior to renewal in accordance with Studio policy.Collectors Circle Credit
Collectors Circle Credit is earned on eligible tattoo services during the active membership period and may be applied toward future tattoo services at Atelier Eva.Credit:
Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash
May only be applied toward eligible tattoo services
Does not apply to deposits, tips, taxes, gift cards, retail merchandise, or other excluded items designated by the Studio
Is associated with the Member’s client profile and tracked through the Studio’s point-of-sale system
Validity & Expiration
Collectors Circle Credit is valid during the active 12-month membership period.
If the membership is renewed prior to expiration, any unused credit will carry forward into the subsequent membership term.
If the membership is not renewed, unused credit may be applied within 90 days following the membership expiration date. Any remaining credit not used within this 90-day period will expire.
Atelier Eva reserves the right to adjust program structure, benefits, or terms with notice to members.
Exclusions
Collectors Circle Credit does not apply to: deposits, tips, gift cards, merchandise/retail, tax and any other items the Studio designates as excluded.Scheduling & availability
Membership provides priority access to studio support and planning; it does not guarantee appointment availability, artist acceptance, or specific booking outcomes.Consultations
Creative consultations are available by request and subject to availability. Consultations are intended to support planning and direction; they do not constitute a binding estimate or guarantee of artist availability.Preview & hold availability
Any holds are temporary and time-limited. Holds do not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by the Studio.Program changes
The Studio may update program structure, benefits, or terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Members.Refunds & cancellations
Membership fees are non-refundable. Credit balances have no cash value and are not refundable.Misuse
The Studio reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for misuse, fraud, abuse toward staff, or repeated policy violations.Privacy
