Originally from Shanghai, China, Wendy moved to NYC in 2021 to pursue a BFA in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts. During her studies, she focused on combining her illustration and tattoo practices. Rooted in the harmony of the natural world, her work celebrates healing, growth, and living. Inspired by floral, botanical, and celestial elements, Wendy draws from the therapeutic power of nature. Her process embraces an organic and delicate approach. Wendy’s watercolor series are hand-drawn with a focus on color harmony and detailed texture. She often works in soft pastel colors to create a gentle presence.
