Ikebana Sogetsu Class

with Ayako of Suiryu

Join us at Atelier Eva for an intimate Ikebana floral workshop led by Ayako Shida of SUIRYU, a New York-based floral studio rooted in the philosophy and practice of Sogetsu Ikebana.

Originating in Japan, Ikebana is the art of floral arrangement centered on balance, movement, space, and connection to the natural world. Through guided instruction, guests will explore the foundations of this traditional practice while creating contemporary arrangements inspired by the changing season.

This workshop is open to all experience levels and designed as a slow, immersive creative experience. Guests will leave with their own ikebana arrangement, along with an introduction to the philosophy and aesthetics behind the practice.

All materials will be provided. Space is limited.
